The main characters of Super Mario Bros are:

Donkey Kong, Mario's first enemy was Donkey Kong, both of whom first appeared in the game of the same name. Donkey Kong is a gorilla who kidnaps Mario's girlfriend Pauline. Super Mario Bros was born as a video game that was released in 1985 by the Japanese company Nintendo www.nintendo.com). The game follows the adventures of an Italian plumber named Mario, who must rescue Princess Toadstool (also known as Princess Peach) from the evil King Koopa (Bowser).
The story begins when Mario receives a letter from Princess Peach, asking him to rescue her from King Koopa's castle, where she is being held captive. Mario then embarks on a journey through various worlds full of dangers and obstacles. Super Mario must face King Koopa's minions before reaching the castle.
